‘Supplier’, ‘We’ or ‘Us’: Means Vitamine-hond.com.
‘Goods’, ‘Items’ or ‘Products’: Means the Goods specified in each order the Customer places
with Vitamine-hond.com
‘Order’: Means the Order for the purchase and sale of Goods placed by the Customer 
with Vitamine-hond.com.
‘Price’: Means the Price in Euros including Dutch VAT contained in the Vitamine-hond.com price list, applicable at the date of the Order. All international orders must be pre-paid in Euros by bank transfer to our Dutch bank account using IBAN / BIC codes. After which we will ship the customers goods. Customers are responsible for customs duties and tariffs whenever applicable.

Order
Vitamine-hond.com reserves the right, to change the prices of Goods at any time.

Vitamine-hond.com reserves the right, by giving notice to the Customer at any time before the delivery date, to increase the Price to reflect any increase in cost to the Supplier due to any factor beyond the Supplier’s control.

While Vitamine-hond.com endeavours to hold all items in stock, sometimes due to seasonal or unforeseen demand stocks may be depleted.

Vitamine-hond.com aims to dispatch all orders within 10 working days after processing payment, however during peak seasons this may take longer. We cannot accept any orders that require dispatch in less than 5 working days. We regard a working day as Mon-Fri.

An order can be cancelled at anytime up until seven working days from the day after the order has been received by the Customer. The Customer must notify the Vitamine-hond.com of the return in writing within seven working days. The Customer must include of the order number, product description, reason for return and whether a replacement or refund is required. All orders must be sent back in the original packaging, unopened, unused and in the same condition as it was supplied within 10 days. Please note the full product cost will be refunded to the Customer within 30 days. Shipping costs, both to the delivery address and return cannot be refunded.

Shipping
Once your order has left us it is in the hands of the TNT Post. At this point we are bound by their terms & conditions.  Unfortunately, if the customers order does go missing, or is delayed, we will follow the TNT Post procedure for claiming. Please note we are unable to send out replacement goods or make a refund until we have received a confirmation from TNT Post that the original parcel is lost. If you wish, you can place another order and we will refund your original payment once we have received confirmation that the item has been lost and not delivered.  

Shipping/Postage fees will be shown and charged online at the time of the order.

Vitamine-hond.com shall not be held liable for any delay in the delivery howsoever.

Any claim by the Customer which is based on damage to the Goods in transit, must be notified in writing within 72 hours from receipt or claims will not be accepted. All products come extremely well boxed therefore it is highly unusual for goods to arrive damaged.
If the Customer does not notify Vitamine-hond.com the Customer shall not be entitled to reject the Goods and the Vitamine-hond.com shall have no liability for any such damage.
 
Return policy
In the event that the Customer wishes to return an item, please contact Vitamine-hond.com by email within 7 days of receipt of the item giving us the full details. We will then issue instructions for the Customer to return the item. Items must be returned unused and complete within its original packaging to enable resale. Shipping costs, both to the delivery address and return cannot be refunded.
